SubSeal™ - Through-Wall Flashing
SubSeal™ is a prefabricated self adhering sheet-type waterproofing membrane suitable for both above and below grade, as well as horizontal or vertical waterproofing applications. SubSeal is designed for extreme moisture protection.
SubSeal is offered in two grades - SubSeal-40™ (40 mils thickness) and SubSeal-60™ (60 mil thickness).
In this application, Sub-Seal™ was used extensively on the new construction of a library. The building ultimately was covered with SubSeal™ prior to the stucco finish being applied. SubSeal™ was also used to flash around the windows and doors.
