SubSeal™ – Foundation Application

SubSeal™ is a prefabricated self adhering sheet-type waterproofing membrane suitable for both above and below grade, as well as horizontal or vertical waterproofing applications. SubSeal is designed for extreme moisture protection.

SubSeal is offered in two grades - SubSeal-40™ (40 mils thickness) and SubSeal-60™ (60 mil thickness).

In this application, a poured concrete foundation is being waterproofed with SubSeal-40. First, the surface was primed with an asphalt-based commercial primer, then SubSeal was installed around the entire perimeter to protect from water infiltration.
