Ultra HT Receives Canadian Compliance
MFM is pleased to announce that Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal™ complies with CSA 123.22-08"Self-Adhering Polymer Modified Bituminous Sheet Materials Used as Steep Slope Roofing Underlayment for Ice Dam Protection." The evaluation was completed by the Canada Construction Materials Centre (CCMC), Evaluation Listing 14048-L.
Ultra HT is engineered as a whole roof underlayment for use under all roofing systems, including metal where high heat is generated. Ultra HT has a high-temperature rating of 250°F. The self-adhering underlayment is composed of a cool white, non-slip, cross-laminated, high density polyethylene film laminated to a high temperature rubberized asphalt adhesive system. Ultra HT rolls out smooth, aggressively adheres to the roof deck, lays flat and offers the contractor excellent foot traction.
In addition, Ultra HT meets ASTM D 1970, Florida Building Code FL# 11842, Miami-Dade County approved, and ICC-ES ESR-1737. Ultra HT comes with a 10-year warranty.
