Seal & Coat™ EIFS Tape is a 30 mil, self-adhering membrane composed of polyester fabric laminated to a rubberized asphalt adhesive. The fabric strengthens the material while providing a surface which bonds with most coatings. The adhesive provides a waterproof, self-sealing layer which aggressively adheres to most clean, dry surfaces.
Intended Uses of Seal & Coat EIFS Tape
Flashing around windows and doors to prevent the penetration of water, moisture and air
For taping panel seams and other openings
EIFS is to be covered either by stucco, a coating, or by siding and trim - it is not designed for long-term exposure to sunlight
Product will adhere to house wrap, foam insulation board, ICF, plywood, OSB, rigid vinyl, aluminum, concrete and other common construction materials
