These solvent-based products are designed for one-step cleaning and priming of the surface of EPDM roofing surfaces prior to the application of Peel & Seal® and other MFM self-adhering membranes.

One-step cleaning and primer
Adheres to clean, dry surfaces
Can be applied with a natural fiber rag or short nap length paint roller
Allows the self-stick membrane to fully adhere creating a watertight bond to prevent water penetration
MFM-Approved EPDM Tape Primers:
Mule-Hide Tape Primer (sold through ABC Supply stores)
